Highly efficient and reliable wastewater treatment plants ready to meet the needs of smaller and larger facilities. With our state-of-the-art equipment, you will achieve excellent water quality and reduce your environmental impact. Stable and maintenance-free operation contributes to optimal wastewater treatment.

Are you looking for a suitable wastewater treatment plant for your premises? Do you want a reliable device that guarantees the quality and purity of your water? We manufacture mechanical-biological wastewater treatment plants of various sizes and shapes. You can use them for home treatment as well as for apartment buildings, restaurants, hotels and small establishments.

Our purifiers are patent protected and our experts will help you with the installation and commissioning of the purifier. So you don't have to worry about a thing. We also offer accessories for the purifiers, namely a sand filter or a biosand filter.

Wastewater treatment methods in Morava Ekol

The most important criteria that the treatment plants as a whole have to meet is the desired quality of the treated water. The choice of treatment technology and the composition of the entire process line should be subordinate to this requirement. We apply 2 treatment methods:

Anaerobic wastewater treatment - advantages and applications

This type of treatment is recommended for buildings that are not permanently occupied. In combination with another treatment stage (earth or sand filter), it is possible to achieve a relatively high quality of the discharged water. The treatment plant consists of a compact tank, divided into a settling, anaerobic and recharging section. Microbial decomposition of organic pollution takes place without access to air oxygen.

The advantages of anaerobic wastewater treatment are:

  • low operating costs - as the treatment plant operates without the need for electricity
  • intermittent operation - recommended for cottages and cottages

Where to use an anaerobic wastewater treatment plant? As mentioned above, because of the intermittent operation and low operating costs, these purifiers are suitable for recreational areas such as cottages and cabins. Have quality and clean water with our reliable home purifier for cottages and cabins BIO-S.

Aerobic wastewater treatment - benefits and applications

Aerobic treatment is based on the activity of micro-organisms sitting on a solid substrate (bionosichi) that rotates. This biosolid carrier is partially immersed in the wastewater. The treatment plant itself consists of a tank divided into a settling part, a biozone with discs and a settling part. It is a technology that stands out above all for its ease of use and stability of operation.

The advantages of aerobic wastewater treatment are:

  • low acquisition costs
  • easy operation
  • stability of operation

Where to use an aerobic wastewater treatment plant? As the advantages themselves suggest, aerobic treatment plants are more than ideal for permanently inhabited buildings and other larger facilities. You can choose a DCB domestic wastewater treatment plant for family homes or an EKOL wastewater treatment plant for apartment buildings, hotels and restaurants. All of our purifiers are tailored to the appropriate load and size needs of the number of people in the facility.

What factors play a role when choosing a purifier

  • permanently occupied building or intermittent operation
  • the number of occupants and therefore the size of the load
  • difficulty of operation
  • the need for approval of the project documentation
  • meeting basic construction requirements

We recommend that you consult with experts first. Please contact us. We have a lot of experience and will be happy to help you and choose the best solution for your situation.

Construction readiness and location of the wastewater treatment plant

Construction is carried out on the basis of approved project documentation. The installation of the treatment plant and related construction work must be carried out according to the approved design. The actual construction of a small domestic sewage treatment plant usually consists of a sewer inlet pipe, a concrete slab foundation and a drainage system (connected to a public sewer or watercourse).

The basic construction requirements include sewerage. Namely, compliance with minimum profile, slope, watertightness, embedment to a non-freezing depth, or insulation. Another requirement is the construction pit itself, which must include a foundation slab, usually in the form of concrete or lost formwork.

Approval of the sewage treatment plant

The approval procedure is initiated at the request of the builder by written application. The future user of the building may also submit an application, but must submit a written agreement with the builder on the use of the building.

The permit shall be granted under the following conditions:

  • the test operation shall be governed by the agreed operating rules
  • an operating log shall be kept for the treatment plant
  • waste water samples shall be taken and analysed in accordance with the decision of the water authority.

Upon successful completion of the trial operation, the operator /owner/ requests that the plant be put into permanent operation. This must be submitted to the local competent environmental department (water management department).
